What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
Standard delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days. For larger furniture items or custom mattresses, please allow up to 14 business days for specialized white-glove delivery and setup.
Do you offer a trial period for mattresses?
Yes, we offer a 100-night comfort guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your mattress after a 30-night break-in period, you can exchange it or return it for a full refund.
How do I care for my Pikolin Business bedding?
Most of our bedding products are machine washable. We recommend using cold water on a gentle cycle and tumble drying on low heat to maintain the integrity of the fibers and fabric softness.

Is there a warranty on your furniture products?
All Pikolin Business furniture comes with a limited 10-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and structural integrity to ensure long-lasting quality in your home.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this window, the order enters our fulfillment process and may be subject to a restocking fee if cancelled.
